(ND)-Ex-UW President Finalist At Univ Of North Dakota
Former University of Wyoming President and current Interim Black Hills State President Laurie Nichols is one of the 3 finalists to be the next president at the University of North Dakota.
Nichols, former University of Vermont provost David Rosowsky, and Brigadier General Andrew Armacost - retired dean of faculty at the Air Force Academy are scheduled for final interviews at the state Board of Higher Education meeting in Grand Forks on Dec. 3.
The UND search committee interviewed 6 semifinal candidates over the past 2 weeks before settling on Nichols, Rosowsky, and Armacost.
Mark Kennedy resigned as president earlier this year to take over as president at the University of Colorado.
