(S.D.)-Congressional Hearing Held In Hot Springs Thursday  Listen

(Hot Springs)-The Mueller Center in Hot Springs was the host site for a gathering of many veterans on Thursday.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem, Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith, Chairman of the House VA Committee Jeff Miller and Vice-Chairman Gus Bilirakisheld a congressional hearing on the proposed closure of the Hot Springs VA Medical Center.
Save the VA comitee member Amanda Campbell got the loudest cheer when she called for the immediate removal of the Black Hills Health Care System Director. She summed her comments up by saying “leadership does not minipulate.”
Noem and Smith asked many questions to a panel of six promenent members of the community and leaders in the push to save the VA.
Congressman Adrian Smith is doing what he can and thinks the community support is outstanding in Hot Springs and beyond…
