(Neb.)-Chadrad Stations Join Nebraska Rural Radio Association
(Chadron)- First it was Nebraska City, now add Chadron to the list of Nebraska Rural Radio Association affiliates.
General Manager Craig Larson announced today (Wednesday) that Stereo AM 610 KCSR and KBPY 107.7 FM are now airing NRRA ag programming.
Larson said their mission is to serve agriculture and rural Nebraska, adding Chadron will allow them to better serve producers in the northwest part of the state.
KCSR owner and General Manager Dennis Brown said this arrangement fits nicely with their programming. Brown said their stations are happy to partner with a Nebraska-based company, and it's good to hear those legendary ag voices on their stations.
Larson said he has known Brown and his wife Kathi for many years. He said they run an outstanding operation and are well-respected among their fellow broadcasters in the state, and this is going to be a great working relationship.
The Nebraska Rural Radio Association consists of flagship station KRVN in Lexington; as well KNEB in Scottsbluff; KTIC in West Point. Stations KCSR and KBPY join Nebraska City’s KBIE and KNCY as affiliates.
