(S.D.)-Coldest And Second Coldest April On Record In The Dakotas

     FARGO, N.D. (ASSOCIATED PRESS) - The National Climatic Data Center says April this year was the coldest on record for the state of North Dakota.
     This year's April was the second coldest on record for South Dakota.
North Dakota had an average temperature of 31 degrees in April, 0.1 degrees colder than 1907.
