Memorial services with military honors for Dick (Richard) Evans, age 66, of Chadron will be on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak & Cutler Funeral Home in Omaha, Nebraska. 
A time of sharing for family and friends will be at 9:00 AM on Saturday at the Heafey’s. 
A private family inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Omaha.
A memorial has been established for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.

Dick (Richard) M. Evans, 66, of Chadron died Saturday, November 30th at his home.
Dick was born July 19, 1947, in Pana, Illinois.
Dick served in the United States Army and is a Vietnam War Veteran. He started his bricklaying career in 1970 and was a member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers Local #1 for over 40 years. Dick worked at Pine Ridge Job Corps as the Masonry Instructor for 14 years and retired in 2010.

Wife: Mary Dee of Chadron
Daughters: Tammy Morris (Jim) of Aurora, NE; Christa Evans of Omaha; and Debbie Orduna (Jason) of Omaha
Brother: Paul Evans (Lynne) of Etowah, North Carolina
Sister: Linda Evans (Eric) of Sacramento, California
Grand-Children: eight
Chamberlain Chapel of Chadron is in charge of arrangements.
