Sara Taylor is the Business Manager at KCSR. She graduated from CSC in 1999 with a degree in Business and Financing. She and husband Brian enjoy watching their two boys and daughter grow up.

Brian Taylor is the engineer here at KCSR. A native of Hay Springs, Brian fills his spare time with many pet projects that involve engines.

JoDee Serres came to Chadron to attend Chadron State College. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with options in: Finance and Office Management. She enjoys being with her her family, friends and loves traveling.

Mike Trueblood is Senior Account Executive at KCSR. He has lived in Chadron since 1991, graduated from Chadron State College in 1996 with a Major in Business, and has been with the corporation since 1998. Mike and his wife, Amy, have three boys and one girl. Mike is currently the President of the Chadron Kiwanis Club, a member of the Chadron Chamber Marketing and Promotions Committee and a Fur Trade Days, Inc. Chairman.

Lisa Aschwege is an Account Executive at KCSR. She recently moved from Valentine where she worked as a Sales Executive for 3.5 years. She majored in Business Management and Music at Chadron State College. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and their activities, riding her motorcyle and practicing on her bowling league.

Cassie Pappas moved to Chadron after graduating high school from North Platte in 2005. She enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports, going fishing, camping and spending time with family, friends and pets.

John Kant grew up in Chadron for most of his life and graduated from Chadron High School in 1983 and was a member of the State Champion Cardinal Wrestling team his senior year. John began his broadcast career at KCSR in 1982 doing play-by-play for Chadron High Wrestling at the state tournament in Lincoln and has done so for 27 consecutive years for various radio stations. He has not missed a state wrestling tournament since 1973.
Throughout his radio career, John has worked for stations in Chadron, Gordon, Alliance, O'Neill, Grand Island, and Omaha Nebraska...as well as Minneapolis, MN. John was in the U.S. Navy from 1985-1990. John has a 9-year-old son Johnathan who resides in Ord, NE.

Chad Franzen has a degree in broadcast journalism from Colorado State University and a certificate from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting, in Denver. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute at KCSR. He has had internships at 9News and FM 104.3 The Fan in Denver. He has also worked in three recreation centers and in ticket sales for the Colorado Rockies, and Anaheim Angels and Mighty Ducks. During his spare time he enjoys running, watching sports, and eating spaghetti with sauce from a jar.

Miles Bannan is an announcer with KCSR and a native to Chadron. He's currently in college studying Information Management Systems. You can usually hear him overnight on KCSR with Miles at Night, as well as the 5 o'clock Information Hour. In addition to being on the air, Miles is frequently in the studio as a board operator for sports broadcasts.
Miles's career with KCSR began in January 2008. Before that he worked at Safeway, CompTech Computers, and on-campus at CSC. In his free time, he enjoys biking, reading, board games, computer games, baking, and camping. |

Chris Fankhauser returned to KCSR in the Spring in the News Department, and will now fill the shoes of News Director. She has three children in the Chadron Schools, and her oldest son, who graduated from Chadron High School last Spring, is in the Army National Guard. Chris is a graduate of Rushville High School and Chadron State College, and is pleased to be back on air during the Noon Information Hour, Live @ 4, and the 5 o'clock Information Hour. |
