(Neb.)-Commissioners Explore Possibility Of Underground Sprinklers
(Chadron)-The Dawes County Courthouse may be getting an underground sprinkler system for their lawn. The item was discussed at the County Commissioner’s meeting on Wednesday.
The County has already budgeted for a sprinkler system, so the next step would be to draw up specs for the system and begin taking bids. Commissioner Jake Stewart said he would look into getting the specs so they could move forward with the process.
A possible meeting in December for a pre-bid inspection of the lawn was discussed, which would allow those interested in submitting bids to look more closely at the area. Commissioners hope they can get everything taken care of so the project could possibly begin in April.
