(S.D.)-Kadoka Man Pleads Not Guilty To Indian Health Services Clinic Break-In
RAPID CITY, S.D. (ASSOCIATED PRESS) - A Kadoka man has pleaded not guilty to breaking into an Indian Health Service clinic in Wanblee and stealing prescription painkillers.
Twenty-year-old Lynn Standing Bear is charged in federal court with larceny. He is being held without bond in Rapid City.
Authorities allege that Standing Bear stole 1,100 hydrocodone pills from the Pine Ridge Reservation clinic on July 5.
