(S.D.)-Kadoka Man Pleads Not Guilty To Indian Health Services Clinic Break-In

     RAPID CITY, S.D. (ASSOCIATED PRESS) - A Kadoka man has pleaded not guilty to breaking into an Indian Health Service clinic in Wanblee and stealing prescription painkillers.
 
     Twenty-year-old Lynn Standing Bear is charged in federal court with larceny. H
e is being held without bond in Rapid City.
 
     Authorities allege that Standing Bear stole 1,100 hydrocodone pills from the Pine Ridge Reservation clinic on July 5.
