(Neb.)-Dawes County Commissioners To Meet Thursday Morning
(DAWES COUNTY)-The Dawes County Commissioners will be meeting on a different day this week due to payroll falling on the same day. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16th, at the Dawes County Courthouse. On the agenda, discussion with Jeff Chamberlain from Chamberlain Chapel and Colleen Barth with Health and Human Services regarding county burials as well as zoning administrator Lindy Coleman regarding three Conditional Use Permit Approvals.
Road superintendent Larry Hankin will give a roads update and will talk with the commissioners about the Federal Funds Purchase Act amendment, the county’s bridge inspection contract, and a Hemingford telephone petition request approval. Also on the agenda, Crow Butte Resources regarding Crow Butte value, a health insurance renewal, reorganization in the custodial department and custodial suggestions, and a budget coordinator contract. The commissioners will also work to establish a personnel policy committee as well as discuss human resources hours and SDL license approval for Wild’s Bar and Grill. The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. and is open to the public.
