(Neb.)- Nebraska To Host More Job Fairs Aimed At Veterans
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Nebraska has scheduled a new round of job fairs aimed at military service members, veterans and their spouses.
The new fairs are set for April 2 at the Lancaster Event Center in Lincoln and May 1 at the Heartland Event Center in Grand Island. Gov. Dave Heineman announced the new events on Tuesday.
Nebraska has held seven job fairs since the first event in Lincoln last April. The fairs were also held in Omaha, Holdrege, Norfolk, Alliance, Papillion and Beatrice. Approximately 300 employers and 1,000 job-seekers have attended.
