(Neb.)-Auction Items Sought For Hemingford Fundraiser
(Hemingford)-The community of Hemingford is pulling together to help a resident recently diagnosed with cancer. The community is asking for help in raising money to cover Anthony Wyland’s extensive medical bills related to his battle. Wyland has contributed so much to the community with coaching wrestling and basketball and is always there to help others on very short notice, and people in Hemingford feel it is time for the community to help him.
Donations are being sought for a silent and a live auction which will be held April 6. The deadline for items is Saturday, March 23rd, 2013. Drop off location for any auction items is the Hemingford Telephone Company.
Monetary donations may be left at the Hemingford Credit Union. Checks can be made payable to “Anthony Wyland Benefit Fund."
The dinner, silent and live auction, and dance have been planned for Saturday, April 6th, at the Hemingford Fairgrounds Multipurpose Hall. The dinner will be from 5-7 pm, with the silent auction running the same time, the live auction will run from 7-9 pm, and the dance will follow at 9 pm. Music will be provided by Shane Keane.
