(SHERIDAN COUNTY)-The Sheridan County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 a.m.
on Monday, February 25th, in the Commissioners Room of the Sheridan County
At 9:00 a.m., Kris Ferguson and Trisha Loosevelt will provide information
about progress being made by Cowboy Trail West, Inc. toward their goal of seeing
portions of the Cowboy Trail completed in Sheridan County.
At 9:45 a.m., following information presented by Highway Superintendent
Tom Kuester, County Assessor Trudy Winter will present concerns about the
At approximately 10:30 a.m., the commissioners will recess as the County
Board and convene as the Board of Equalization to review valuation correction sheets
presented by the county assessor.
A public hearing will commence at 11:00 a.m. for the presentation of the proposed
Black Tailed Prairie Dog Management Plan followed by consideration of a resolution to
adopt the plan.
At 11:30 a.m. Sheriff Terry Robbins will be on hand to participate in a scheduled
conference call with county budget consultant Pete Peterson. The purpose of the call is
to gather information about usage options and legal requirements of using funds derived
from Wireless E911 and E911 phone taxes.
