(Neb.)-Crawford Student Recieves Award Of Excellence

(Chadron)– Chance Snook, freshman at CrawfordHigh School, was selected for an “Award of Excellence” for his entry in the Western District History Day Competition held at Chadron State College.
This special award and $50 prize was presented by First Lieutenant Franklin Annis and Sergeant First Class Carl Dehling, of the Nebraska Army National Guard, on behalf of the CSC Rifle and Quill Foundation.
Chance Snook’s display entitled “Tanked” was selected as the best of seven military related entries into this year’s History Day. This is the second year in a row that Chance has been recognized for a superior exhibit with a military history focus.
