 (Neb.)- Savery To Be Sentenced March 19th
(Chadron)-A teary eyed James Savery was back in the 12th district court of Nebraska early Monday morning. Savery, pleaded no contest to two counts of first degree attempted sexual assault of a child and one count of viewing sexually explicit materials in the presence of a minor.
The two counts of attempted sexual assault of a child are class two felonies while the viewing of explicit materials in the presence of a minor is a class 1D felony.
A plea agreement was reached between the prosecution and defense and sentencing is scheduled for March 19th, following a pre-sentencing investigation that will take place beginning immediately.
