(Neb.)-Dustin Schneberger Sentenced In District Court

(Chadron)- The 12th District court of Nebraska convened on Tuesday morning at the Dawes County Courthouse.
 
Facing sentencing was Dustin Schneberger whom back in July was charged with attempting to intentionally endanger a minor child, as well as controlling a motor vehicle while knowingly disregarding safety for others, and was in control of the vehicle while under a suspended license.
 
Judge Travis O’Gorman sentenced Schneberger to one year and six months in prison on three counts, and was order to pay a $1000 fine on a fourth count. 
 
Schneberger was granted time served, which was 194 days.
