(Neb.)-Savery Case Continued Through February 4th

(Chadron)- James Savery, the Chadron man charged with First Degree Sexual Assault and Possession of Child Pornography was back in the 12th District Court of Nebraska this morning (December 11th, 2012).

Back in May of this year Savery was charged with four counts of possessing child pornography and also eight counts of first degree sexual assault after an investigation led to his arrest.

His case has been continued through the 4th of February in District Court at the Dawes County Courthouse.
