(Neb.)-Chadron School Board To Convene Monday Evening
(CHADRON)-The Chadron Public Schools’ School Board will be convening at 5:30 p.m. Monday evening, December 10th, in the Central Office board room for their regularly scheduled meeting. New business on the agenda includes discussion and taking necessary action on the second reading of policies regarding the exemption of high school credits; bus drivers; overtime pay; Internet safety and student acceptable use technologies; and vacancies, absences, and tardies.
The board will also conduct a school superintendent evaluation and receive and discuss the superintendent’s report, including a facilities update, graduation venue change, state of the schools report, state aid estimates, expense challenges, para resignation, and an annual report to the public. There will also be various administrator, board committee, and strategic planning committee reports as well as awards and honors to Tom Menke, Jacie Coupens, Kennady Stack, Madeline Pelton, and Brenna Hawthorn. Also, high fives to Charlie Kuskie for his 11 years of leadership and board service and the Chadron wrestling team and coaches for exemplary conduct while visiting Custer recently.
