(S.D.)-Officials Searching For Missing Inmate

     RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Authorities are searching for an inmate missing from a minimum-security prison in Rapid City.
 
     State corrections officials say 25-year-old Jeremy Phelps was not at his work release job when authorities checked on Monday.
 
     Phelps is serving a four-year term for a drug conviction in Brookings County.
