(Neb.)-Chadron Officers Arrest Man On Terroristic Threat Charges

(Chadron)-A weekend disturbance in Chadron resulted in one man being arrested on charges of terroristic threats. At approximately 4:28 am Sunday, Chadron Police officers were dispatched to Regency Trailer Court, in reference to a disturbance, and upon arrival, officers made contact with a male outside of the residence.
The male resident informed the officers another male entered his bedroom and threatened him and his wife with a knife. Officers located the suspect, 25-year-old Toby Shot To Pieces, inside the residence and ordered him out of the house. Shot To Pieces was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threats, a Class IV felony, and Third Degree Assault, which is a Class III misdemeanor.
During the investigation, Officers interviewed witnesses and collected a kitchen knife, which is the suspected weapon involved in the crime. Shot To pieces is currently being held in the Dawes County Jail with bond set at ten percent of $25,000.
