SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (AP) - The Beyond Becoming an Outdoors-Woman program has scheduled a birding event at the Wildcat Hills Nature Center in the Nebraska Panhandle.
 
     The event is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Sept. 15.
 
     The center sits about eight miles south of Scottsbluff.
