 (Neb.)-Alliance Man To Receive 60-80 Years For Sexual Assault Of A Minor
(ALLIANCE)-An Alliance man has been ordered to serve 60 to 80 years in prison for molesting a juvenile. 32-year-old Kenneth Hinman (Hen-mun) was convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual assualt of a minor. The crimes occurred between March 25th and June 29th, 2010.
Hinman was ordered to serve 30 to 40 years on each count, and the terms are to be served consecutively. Hinman also must register as a sex offender.
