(Neb.)-Law Enforcement Warns About Crossing Fire Barriers

(Chadron)-Dawes County Sheriff Karl Dailey is advising those who may want to cross fire barriers near the East Ash Creek Fire to not do so.  The situation in the fire area is very sensitive at the moment, and Dailey said if anyone crosses those barriers that are not fire personnel they will be arrested.  Dailey also said that the entirety of East Ash Road is closed.  As of this time, there are no mandatory evacuations, but residents are being advised to leave if they can as a precaution.  Stay tuned to Stereo AM 610 KCSR and chadrad.com for any further updates.
