LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Consultant and fundraiser Jordan McGrain of Omaha will be taking over as executive director of the Nebraska Republican Party.
McGrain succeeds Perre Neilan, who announced last month that he was leaving to work for Tenaska as state legislative manager.
Tenaska is an independent power producer based in Omaha.
McGrain has been a strategist and fundraising consultant for several state and municipal candidates.
State chairman Mark Fahleson says he's excited to have someone with McGrain's energy and campaign experience on the GOP team.
