(Neb.)-Stars of Tomorrow Slated at Chadron Kiwanis Club

The Chadron Kiwanis Club will sponsor its Stars of Tomorrow contest at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 21 at the Chadron High School Auditorium.
There will be four divisions in the competition. They are Division I, students in kindergarten through the third grade; Division II, fourth through sixth grades; Division III, seventh through ninth grades; and Division IV, 10th through 12th grades.
The first place winner in Division IV will receive a $150 scholarship and the right to represent the Chadron Kiwanis Club at the regional contest on April 25 in Greeley, Colo. The first runner-up in the senior division at the local contest will receive a $75 scholarship. The top three placewinners in each division will be awarded trophies.
There is no entry fee. The acts should last no more than about five minutes. Both soloists and groups are welcome.
Entry forms are available by contacting Duane Gardener, West Second Appliance, 128 West Second Street, Chadron. Entries must be received by March 15.
