LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Gov. Dave Heineman has released the schedule for the 2010 Governors Ag Conference that will be held March 3-4 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Kearney.
Featured speakers on topics affecting Nebraska farms and ranches include Jason Henderson of the Omaha Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, who will discuss current economic conditions and future projections.
University of Nebraska President J.B. Milliken will discuss the university's research and other efforts to ensure the success of the agriculture industry.
There is a $75 registration fee for the conference.
