Elsie was born on September 27, 2016 in Rapid City, SD to Valentino Hoof and Rebecca Tuttle. She passed away on September 11, 2017 in Oscoda, MI

Elsie loved to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and always started out her day with a smile, ready to explore wherever she could. She liked being outside, going for rides, and dancing to the radio.

Elsie was so full of life for someone so young; she lit up the room just by her presence. She was a bundle of joy that was full of affection. Elsie was the sweetest baby girl you could ever meet and leaves a big void in all our lives, but we are very grateful for the time she was given.

Elsie is survived by parents Valentino Hoof and Rebecca Tuttle of Oscoda, MI; brother Valentino Hoof Jr. of Oscoda, MI; grandparents Duane and Laurie Tuttle of Rapid City, SD, Ellie Hoof of Minneapolis, MN and Carlos Hoof of Oscoda, MI; great-grandparents LeRoy and Barbara Hoof of Oscoda, MI and JoAnn Sierra of Pine Ridge, SD; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Elsie was preceded in death by great-grandparents Herman and Bernadine Tuttle.

Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Elsie Anne Marie Tuttle-Hoof.
