Funeral services for Wallace Gene Little III “Ta Canupa Gleska,” age 38, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD. Traditional services will be provided by Darla Black.
 
Burial will be at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Cemetery in Slim Buttes, SD.
 
Family and friends will meet at Sioux Funeral Home at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 18, 2017 and leave for the Brother Rene Hall at 1:30 PM. A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD.
 
Wallace was born on October 24, 1978 in Pine Ridge, SD to Wallace Gene Little Jr. and Wanda Mae Siers. He made his journey to the Spirit World on August 11, 2017 at his home in Howard, SD.
 
Wallace is survived by children Wallace Little IV of Slim Buttes, SD, Shy Little of Pine Ridge, SD, Wakinyan  Little of Rapid City, SD, and Clara Little of Eagle Butte, SD; brothers Jason Little and Joshua Little of Slim Buttes, SD, Jeremiah Little of Springfield, SD, Shane Siers of Sioux Falls, SD, Jude Little of Oglala, SD, Gene Little of Rapid City, SD, and Chase Iron Eyes of Fort Yates, ND; sisters Leslie Little of Porcupine, SD, Misty Davis of Slim Buttes, SD, Sioux Dawn Oldson of Sioux Falls, SD, Michelle Little of Slim Buttes, SD, Chauney Siers of Pierre, SD, Ashley Siers of Sioux Falls, SD, Chantilly Little of Oglala, SD, and Troy Whalen of Pine Ridge, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Wallace was preceded in death by parents Wallace Little Jr. and Wanda Siers; daughter Sky Little; brother Jeremy Little Sr.; sister Crystal Rose Little; nieces Janae Little-Swift Eagle and Winyan DeCory; and nephews Mato Siers and Jeremy Little Jr.
 
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Wallace Gene Little III “Ta Canupa Gleska.”
